B16A and D16Y8 valve springs interchange?

JUN valve springs and titanium retainers for a B16A.... Some guy told me that they would fit the Y8. He seems to know what he's doing. But just wanted to get a lot more info before ordering and finding out the hard way...

i dont think they'll fit man. cause i dont think internals from a B-series are interchangeable with D-series.
