My 1990 Honda Accord EXR has over 300.000 km on it. The idle started to fluctuate last winter and has gotten more common. It will fluctuate when it is cold and dissappears when it warms up. It will fluctuate whether it is idling in park or in gear (moving).

I've tried fuel injector cleaner, replaced the air filter and had a couple garages take a run at it with no luck. They cleaned the throttle body inlet or something. (I'm more familiar with carbs)

Anyone experience anything like this, or can offer some insight.
