Default Where is the GREY OBD2 service connector plug?

This is getting a little confusing now. it seems there are 3 plugs under the dash of the ITR one is a green capped twin wire plug under the glovebox near the kickplate. Another Blue plug is hanging located on the passenger side of the console side next to the radio sort of tucked up there.

BUT there is Another it seems. A GRAY PLUG about 1.5 inches long and it is hidden better than the others aparently a kind of 16 pin plug and it looks like it has a slit down the middle where the wafer pin must go and holes either side of it.

For example on the accord it is located just above the hood release under the dash

My Question is where is this OBD2 Plug on the 01 DC2 Type R? people have said itis mounted on a metal plate behind the radio is this correct ? I have seen many pictures and some guy on the forum recently pulled his dash off and took photos of it and was asking but the photo was too small to see exactly where this metal bracket and plug is mounted It is so i can install the obd2 poc

Please help And no its not the green or blue plug near kickpanel or dash
Thx
