there i was pulling like a bastard... and crack! i was like finally the bastard cracked then i looked at it and saw this... doh... it cracked alright.
so i sawed the bitch off with me hack saw.
anyways just sharing...

Goin offroading man? I've never heard of or seen that bolt ever breaking.... Looks like you just ramped onto a 2 foot tall rock!

so you tried to get the nut off without realizing it was welded on?

hah....oh man...that sucks...that nut is welded on the mount. You're supposed to unscrew only the bolt

That happened to me also on my driver side mount. And I was well aware it was welded on, I never tried undoing it or anything. The spot welds just cracked off on it. Not a big deal it still works. Maybe if I get near some welder someday I will weld it back on.

nah i didn't try undoing the welded one... i was pullin on the bolt that un screws and the welds cracked(i went flyin) so i had to cut the bolt... i dunno must have just been really siezed.
so yeah anyone have a one laying around?
