I know the Jim Fab bars don't work with an 99-00 Si, but I've heard that you can use a non-Si control arm and they will work. Is this true? Do they have to be off a 99-00 civic or are they the same from 92+. Also, is this a direct replacement or does some kinda fabrification need to be done?
The problem with switching to non si Control arms is that you will also need to replace the shockforks and you will no longer be able to run the SI front swaybar. Up to you whether this is a sacrifice you are willing to take.
On a side note, i think i know you, you drive a blue SI right?

Yeah I emailed him about it once and he said he didn't know of a way to make them work without switching to the non-si lca's. Hopefully he figured something out though.

Blah blah, I'm an engineering major not an English major.
I drove past you in the black civic, also with triple gauge pod, black rims, WRX wing, and my intercooler's painted black so I dont know if you saw.

Not sure if everyone knows about this (I didn't see it till last night), there is a group buy being hosted in the best buys section for the traction bars. Prices range from $260-280. Check it out.

Yeah thats why I was asking, but it seems like it'll be too much trouble for me to get them to work. If/when he comes out with some 99-00 Si compatible ones I'll just have to get them then.
