CDT CL-61s in Integra?

CDT CL-61as in Integra?

Anyone know if these components will fit into my car?

Also can anyone recommend an amp to power them(<$250)? What else would I need to purchase besides the speakers and amp to have everything needed for install?

I figure these components will be near impossible to beat for the price($150) if anyone thinks otherwise please let me know!

Any info would be appreciated.
