d16z6 to d16y8 block swap?????
I did a search and found 231 topics, but none of them answered my question.
I have a d16z6 with blown rings...I'm even burning 20W50.
What I want to do is replace the block, because getting new rings will cost too much. The problem is, I can't find a d16z6 block with low kms on it.
Would I be able to swap a d16y8 block (easier to find) into my car, without having to buy a OBD converter?
