Turning and hopping
So today at my local auto-x event i have noticed that when making a lefr turn at a higher speed my car bounces, it creates this unpleasing noise as something is hitting something. I examined what i could and could nto find the problem. Right turns are fine. Oh and this does not happen at regular street conditions.
Eibach Springs
Stock Shocks <-------- most likely blown , might be my problem but not really sure
Front Upper bar
Rear upper and lower.

perhaps alignment is out of spec on one side, causing you to get more push when you turn that way, then making you slide a hop. it could also be your driving techniques and you dont realize it
1. The shocks are toast
2. Even with working shocks, the car is likely too low and you're riding on the bumpstops
3. The springs are too soft (possible cause of item 2)
4. The various bracing you're using is not part of this problem.

seems like shocks are the number one vote , I am 100% sure they are blown. Whats weird that if all 4 are blown why is it only happening on left turns. I'll do a more complete inspection, I'll take everything into account.
BTW: I went on a offramp near my house few minutes ago and left turn at a higher speed does begin to bounch , can def. feel it in the steering wheel.
the alignment idea sounds good too.
