Wondering who is going from the type r board? I am planning on comming, but don't know who to contact. Any help with Hotel and Directions to this meet would help.

For those who don't know, The meet is posted in the Meet and Events forum...but I am not allowed to post in that place because I am a trial user. Thanks for help.
