please help before i DESTROY my car!
this is a repost fromt he teg forum sorry im in desperate need of advice!

okay im fed up wit this crap! well i was driving home on the freeway and i looked at my gauge cluster as i was about to change lanes and i noticed my flasher wasnt signaling! So i hit the hazards and they slowly turn on then fade out and turn off.
I get home and look at my fuse and its blown so i replace it still nothing so i just bought a brand new flasher and put it in. The right blinker works fine but when i turn the left signal on all of the other lights flash in the dash [i.e. CEL,seat belt indicator and such] except the left blinker! When i looked from the rear the left blinker would blink but it was VERRRYYY DIMM!!!!! oh and the hazards still dont work!
Could it be the relay even though its new!?!?
please sumone help!!!!!!!!!
EDIT- when i took the old flasher out i noticed that the flahser box was melted on one side

do you have one of those bulbs that make it blink really fast? my friend had one of those and it blowing out his fuse. then we put the stock bulbs back in and it worked fine, we never had the problem of all the lights flashing though. when im working on my car and **** pisses me off, i just get a hammer and start pounding on a piece of 2x4, makes me feel alot better. 
just take your anger out on something else, or else it will cost you alot more to fix. good luck

thanks guys but i found out that my front right turn signal had a slit in the positive wire which was leaning on the frame which = fried flasher. thanks for the help though!

I was just gonna say theres your problem, look for a loose or stirpped wire. but you got it already
