Default CRX/B16 2 wires back of block in boot

which one goes on the left (driver) side, which one goes on the right (pass. side)? This is the sensor that is on the side of the block facing the firewall with 2 wires undearneath a rubber boot. Which colour goes where? When I pulled them I did not realize they would not be in a plug and would just be loose to get mixed up.

if im not mistaked, your taking about the fan switch. Basicly the way that works is once that sensor reaches a certain temp, it alows current to flow through it, which turns the fan on. For instance, if you where to always have those two wires hooked together, the fan would always be on. It doesnt matter which wire goes where because all that sensor does is allow voltage to go through, it has no "check valve" only allowing voltage to go one way otherwise the smarty pants at honda would have made a different style plug that you couldnt have put on backwards...

but on a side note, damn them for making the map and TPS the same type of plug
