It is used, has been on my car for about 10k and is in great shape. The only somewhat crappy thing is that there is some rust on the flanges(not the piping at all, its SS), due to it being an Indy car. I am in Santa Barbara and would like to get rid of it within the next 3 weeks. Make reasonable offers(trades considered).
