Default dx to zc back to si wiring>?

ok i had a std civic...got a zc wired it all to zc specs with a pg7 ecu..blew the zc...got a d16a6 in the car (still using pg7)...what else do i need to do in order for this setup to work? will the pg7 ecu even work with the a6? i was planning on getting a pm7 sooner or later but will the pg7 work? i had to run 2 extra wires out to the engine bay when i put in the zc ..(for the cam angle sensor) now they are just sittin there not doing anything...do i need to put these wires anywhere? any other wiring changes i need to do for the std to zc to si swap?
please, if you have any info or know what im talking about or if you had a zc and it blew on you and you came across a A6 motor and dropped it in temporarly...i need your help.
another thing...when i wired the zc in my car, i swapped out the two outer wires of the throttle position sensor (TPS). do i need to swap them back to original to work with the A6?
thanks for all the help in advance brotha's!

keep all the wiring the same except for the 2 extra wires you ran. they go to the blue yellow and blue green wires on the A6 distributor. run C1 to blue green and C2 goes to blue yellow.

ahh yes...thanks alot for your help 91civicLX !

does anyone have a closeup picture of the plugs on the si dizzy?
when i picked up this motor one of the dizzy plugs was missing but when they took it off they left all the wires with all the pins still on them ...i just put my std dizzy on there and assumed it would work. the std dizzy has a the plug i need with 6 slots for pins, but its only using 5 of them and i noticed the si has all 6 of the wires/pins..so if someone can find a pic of the si dizzy plugs so i know where to put the pins that would be kick ***.
thanks

Yeah the only difference I know of is the cylinder position sensor on the ZC is on the exhaust cam and for the Si it is in the distributor. Just move those 2 wires.
