Any suggestions...?

For anybody who has sold and shipped a Tranny before whats the best method packing wise i just sold my JDM S1 and i need to send it out on Mon. or Tues..... who should i send it with also any replies would be greatly appreciated.

a computer monitor box will do just fine
and stick stirofoam all around...
check ups and fedex..
