Like the topic says. I'm selling my car so I'll be swapping the factory deck back in. And from what I've heard it will be asking for a code. I seem to remember someone saying that the radio code is under the center console. Is this true?

No. not that i know of on my 00 si and 99 gsr didnt have them i had to talk the VIN number down and give them ID and they gave me the code for it.
