Need Some ITR Torque Specs Please!

First are GSR's torqued the same a Type R? Wondering if anyone knows Clutch and Flywheel Torque on a ITR block. If you have all of them that would help too.

Do it in a criss cross patern and the clutch is 19lbs and the flywheel is 76lbs.Thats info i searched from HT.
