when you're going 80 in 5th on a flat, even road... approximately how many rpms are you at? i didn't drive my car for a couple days, and i swear it used to be at approx. 3k rpms at 80, but today it was at 3.3k. maybe its just the lack of sleep this past week... the car was warmed up and all btw.

 

I usually run somewhere between 3000-3500...never really payed a whole lot of attention to it...but that sound's right.

 

i was just driving in fifth at 2500 RPM and i was going a lil under 70, so yeah, that sounds about right
