apexi BOV with flange

i got a used apexi bov with custom made flange. I sanded it down and polished it and painted the rnig blue, it lokos as good as new!! really. pics available upon request. asking 120 shipped

Does it come with everything a new model would have, hoses, gasket for flange, clamps, 3 way T, etc?
Univ. flange right? Im planning on using a Drag4 kit.

universal steel flange. you can ge 90% of tata stuff at a local parts store,e but sure ill get you some clamps and oses and 3 way T. No gasket however. it is not needed.
