But if you have one..and its off your car, why not remove it? its a bottle neck..and wont cost alot for a muffler shop to remove... I say spend the money and removie it!.
When I get mine I will..but thats cause I have to get it modified anyway

The most commonly removed bottleneck (though not the only one found in an OEM ITR cat-back) is the ridiculously small flange opening at the cat./B-pipe connection.
