Question about running on a possibly bad wheel bearing...
My car has been makin noises from the back right. Totally speed driven sounds like a ching ching, but then it disappears at speed. So I think this is a bad wheel bearing. First does anyone know how to decide for sure that it is broke, and second would running an autoX on a possibly bad bearing be dangerous?

If you have any doubt, replace it. The rears on hondas arent so bad.

If you like to retain the wheel on the car, then i would strongly suggest replacing it. If not, have at it. But i've seen failed rear wheel bearings let go at autocrosses, and it isnt pretty.
Jack that wheel up, and tug on it by placing your hands at 9' and 3' on the wheel and see if there's any play, and give everything a look-over underneath.

12' and 6' are better to test with. This eliminates tie rod and steering rack play as a possibility, and focuses on testing the wheel bearing.

I don't consider the 'play' method a reliable check. Believe me, I know...https://honda-tech.com/zeropost?cmd=newtopic&id=2
It is messy is your bearing fails while driving, but you have A LOT of time before this happens. The noise would be loud enough to hear over your stereo if it was that close to failure.

i drove on my failing wheel bearing for about 3 months or so. i drove 8 hours to the beach and 8 hours back and had no problems. i even went drag racing with it, but no autox.
then i stopped being os damn lazy and changed it. its really easy to change, but you have to buy the whole rear hub assembly from the dealership. it cost 135 for a 93 civic si. im guessing it would be the same for your gsr.

Check the rear brakes too. A stuck caliper or oddly worn pads could cause a similar sound. If the bearing is bad, it could allow enough play to make the rotor rub against the pads. My old GTI did that, but they used unsealed roller bearings. I too have seen wheels come off at autox and it will ruin your whole day.
I actually bought my second set of wheels from schultz...

Well it turns out that I am an idiot, it was a brake pad just sarting to rub that was making the noise. However on the plus side alot easier to fix and cheaper. Thanks for the info everyone.
