I don't think there is, and if I could find one on a US Spec DC5 (w/o the parts sheet), I don't think it would be much different.

the USDM RSX doesn't come w/ a lower tie bar. i'm not sure if the JDM one does either. you sure you don't mean anti-roll bar?

There isn't a difference. You can find the front and back lower tie bar for the DC5 at http://www.spoon.jp/eng or at http://www.takakaira.co.jp/bottom.asp.

The JDM DC5R comes with one. It's a small flat bar mounted under the crossmember from the control arms. If I can find a pic, I will post it.

Tie bars don't improve the handling of your car. What it does is prevent a thick anti sway bar from flexing the crossmember so that the bar doesn't rip off of it. It's more of a safety tool. It has nothing to do with improving the handling on the car. Look at it. It's a little longer than your hand and probably no heavier than your hand either. It doesn't contribute to suspension dynamics whatsoever.

If you want to improve handling, toss the stock tires, lower the car on spring rates that aren't too soft or suit your need for handling and comfort, upgrade your struts and THEN put chassis stiffening bars on the car, i.e. strut, anti sway bars. These bars (especially anti sway bars) are used as a supplement for your springs, as spring rate & compression are the deciding factors of how well your car will handle.
