Well I know it is madding I am in the same boat as you I am looking for anywhere from a 96 to a 00 Civic Hatch too. I have been looking everywhere out of state and so on I can only find a couple, but they are damn Automatics or they have been modified which I don't want either. Iowa just doesn't seem to have that many hatches around. Well good luck man. Later, Jordan.

5-speeds only cost around 200.

Try being a little more descriptive of what you're looking for, and don't have your heart set on anything or else you'll be looking for a long time.

Well I don't really care how long I have to wait I am going to buy what I want! Oh and by the way I have done what you said and got a car which I didn't want, and planned on converting to a 5 speed and doing a swap and I never liked the car and lost interest in it and determined that I would just sell it and get something I wanted. So yeah I am just going to wait and keep looking till I find what I want! Well to every man his own. Later, Jordan.
