are R seats lightweight?

are Type R seats lightweight? how much do they weigh?

Yeah - Goodone....Hehe. Same as stock!!.....They are stock. Well, they are in Australia.
The Type 'R' Recaro's are light, They just alittle lighter than the replacement Recaro seat the 'SR' Model.

With rails and all they are 35-40 lbs USDM vercion. They are more comfortable though in comparison to lesser models. Supposedly they made them softer for your tush to make up for stiff suspension.
