CTR head on GSR block???

CTR head on GSR block???
my friend has the chance to trade in his GSR head for CTR head. Should he do it, or should he just keep his GSR head. I heard that by putting a CTR head, the Compression Rate goes down .2, but im not really sure. will there be any power gain??? Does anybody have any feedback??? THank you.

yeah comprssion goes down slightly with ctr head , but i would trade for the ctr head comes is comes with better valvetrain ,springs , and cams compared to the gsr
