Made by AP Engineering [Japan], a subsidiary of Apex'i that specializes in PowerFC tuning; excellent condition.

It will not work if you want to use a USDM '99-'00 Civic Si ECU in your '92-'95 Civic.
If you want to put either '96-'99 Integra ECU or a '96-'98 Civic ECU in your '92-'95 Civic, then it will work.
