VAFC settings. Need some help please
Ok, I just purchased my GSR a little while ago and went through the VAFC settings and all the other stuff with it tonight. I noticed when I went into the VTEC engagment it read as follows.....
L>H...4700rpm
H>L...4600rpm
All my mods are in my sig. I was just wondering if I was running the car at the wrong setting therefore creating something wrong or maybe losing power. Please help me out guys. Thanks in advance
If that is wrong could you please give me the correct setting so I can change it. thanks.

buttdyno should be a smooth cossover. set it to engage where there is no surge in power and no dip in power. If you are concerned maybe contact the prev owner and see if the settings are dyno tuned settings.
Well right now I don't have a dyno near by and Im going to wait until I get ITR cams and AEM cam gears before I tune the car and dyno it. So, I was just wondering what the stock setup should be at and if I was by anychance losing power or doing anything wrong by having the vtec engage where its at right now.
Thanks guys. I contacted the previous owner and he said to check the manuel to see what the best settings were. So, when I get out of work i'll get around to that. If anyone can help me out on here though i'd feel more comfortable with the settings. I have gotten a few different answers from people on other posts that I made so its making me really confused on what it should be at. If some people can give me 100% accurate answers that would help alot. I appreciate it
