Is this a good price for rods/pistons???
My e-mail:
"Hi,
I'm building up a B20A5 engine for a 91 Prelude turbo. I need to find a set of forged pistons and rods that can handle boost. What products do you offer and how much? I'm going to have to bore the engine out a little so do you offer the pistons in sizes to match a slight overbore?"
and Race engineering's response:
"WE KEEP A .020" OVERBORE PISTON 9:1 COMPRESSION IN STOCK IN OUR EXTREME LINE OF PISTONS. THE RODS ARE BILLET. YOU ARE LOOKING AT $1,153.00 FOR THE KIT. "
Thanks for any input.

it all depends on the brand and quality of the stuff you want to buy. I spent 1200 on crower rods and JE pistons. if you bought something like SRP pistons and eagle rods your probably lookin at 650-700.
