Steering Wheel Face

Could the front part of an ITR steering wheel (the part that has the "A" with srs below it) be switched with the front a 4g Honda Prelude?

Maybe nobody knows.... how about off a EG Civic? How can I change just the front? I don't want to be pulling off the front and have the airbag deploy... it might hurt a we bit. How could I change the front?

there's two torx bolts that hold the SRS bag on the wheel, behind each plastic access pannel on the sides. T-12 i believe. make sure you disconnect the battery for at least 5 minutes before disconnecting any SRS wiring.

try T30. i just pulled my steering wheel last night. the best tool to use is a T30 torx socket/bit i got at home depot for $5. 3/8" drive.

and D, why would one need to disconnect the battery for at least 5 minutes before disconnecting any SRS wiring? tia.
