Still need some more information:

What is the year of your Accord? Is this a cassette player or CD player? What happened immediately before it blew (were you just listening to music, did you just turn on the radio, was the music cranked, etc)?

When you put in the new fuse, how long did it run before it blew again? What size of fuse did you put in?

I have a 97 civic. Just one day i was listening to the radio (not very loud) -medium- and it stopped working. When i put a new fuse in like 3 seconds later it blows out. Do you think maybe its a wire somewhere? There is also a cd changer hooked up to it but that hasnt worked in ages. the cds keep getting jammed. (stupid car) Its not a cassette player radio only

tear into it and start checking wires. could be a bad ground or a short circuit or something? are you using the same resistance fuse that was in there at first? pull out the deck and check all the wires. process of elimination at this point. hell, even check your speaker wires. if the + and - touch each other it can cause a nasty little spark. most decks should have some kind of failsafe for that but...i don't know it's an idea. if you can, plug another honda deck into your car and see if you have the results?
