I know the 88si is the only year with the seat belts in the frame. but in the 89-91, do the mounting holes from the 88 still exist in the same locations? it would be easy for someone witha stripped out crx to look and see if the bolt holes are there. One in front of the quarter window and then directly below it next to the floor board.

Well actually all 88's came with the pillar mount seatbelts and the 89 HF's otherwise all of them were door mounted. As for all the holes being there there are no holes there on the drivers side only the passenger side?? I dont know why they did it like that but if you look at the passenger side you will see black plastic like "plugs" those are where they mounted to I dont know about up on the pillar though. But the ones on the floor on the passenger side are there. They are those plugs that screw it and one is by like the parking break assembly and the other is like straight across on the outer like frame rail but only on the passenger side though.
