About how much boost can I use without damaging my engine.

What should I look for in a complete kit.

What should I be aware of as far as bad brands or wrong sized turbo's?

About how much should a complete turbo kit go for, enough to get me on the road, and enough to pervent the turbo from damaging the engine?
