turn signals dont blink...

turn signals dont blink...

when i press the turn signal the side markers dont blink, it just turns on. does anyone have any idea whats going on? or is it suppose to be like this?

Make sure both of them are hooked up correctly.

is the relay next to the fuse box?

either that, next to the control box or around the battery
