Good cruising car, slap on some wheels and you can bling

Maintained well, oil changes every 4k, new registration.

Anybody in their right mind would ask this type of question if they saw a car they really liked and was a potential buyer. just making sure there isnt a "Ohh Yea, The Car Does/or has Been......kinda stuff......So thats why. Just making sure thats all!
