Smoking tails with tint film or spray. What did u use and how u do it?? Post some pics please!
info and pics. I have a 00 civic and was thinking about tinting the bottom of my tail light (clear half) with some 35% tint. My car is black and I have gunmetal C8's w\ polished lip, so im goin for that KnightRider look. But with the JDM\tastfull style in mind.

where did u guys get the spray? I looked at the autoparts store and didn't see any, went a head and got some 35% film sos i can take it off if it don't like it. It was only $12 so wtf.

I tried to check for the part on summit racing and nothing came up. Could you please tell me another place I can buy spray tint online. I need it badly.
spray tint=home depot(stain glass paint), jdm store(they sell those in a can 6oz, black, blue, red etc)
dont jump no the bandwagon and think stock, jdm is all cool. just do what you like. its your car. who cars if nobody else likes it. as long as u like it

Thanks for the compliments. I just used the film and cut it out until if perfectly fit onto the tailights. If you clean the tailights really well, (I even claybarred them) then the film stays on forever. But cutting out the film was harder than one would think it would be. It usually looks good from a distance and at night especially (because it shines) but when you look at it up close, it's not as purdy. But it still looks good if you take the time to do it right.

i used some stained glass paint i like how mine turned out
