Yes they are for ITR's
spring rates are: 6.5kg/mm fronts and 5.5kg/mm rears
the car is lowered 1-1.5 inches.

it was slightly dented on the bottom. I took it to a shop that fabricates headers to get it fixed. They heated up the header to some crazt temp and while it was still hot they pulled out any dents. THey said its impossible to make it completely round again but the airflow is no longer affected. He said the losses are so miniul its not even worth mentioning. The header is in 99% flow condition.

Is this after they settled? The reason why I ask is because I am interested in the springs however a 2" lowering on the roads in my town (especially in the winter) will tear apart the undercarriage of my car apart (I leared my lesson from lowering my BB1 ).

to answer your question, it is not bouncy ( that would be your shocks job, not your springs... ) but it is bit more firm than stock. perfect upgrade for those of you who cannot afford/do not want coilovers, the next step up.
