quick question on brakes...
k, my brakes are worn out and need replacing, the only thing I need to know is...do I just need to replace the pads or do I have to replace the whole disk brake? Also, I just want to make sure that the ITR has disk brakes all around correct?

Yes, the ITR has discs all around. We can't really say what needs to be replaced without seeing it, but you can get front rotors for $25 each from autozone. Use OEM or better pads (OEM is fine for the street). You'll need to check the pads to see if all of them are worn, or just the fronts, just the rears, etc.

You only have to replace the pads.
There are various reasons to replace the rotors - if they are warped (so that there is a vibration when you use the brakes, even when they're cold) or if you have been using them a while and they become thinner than the minimum spec. Unless something like that is going on, just leave 'em.

yea thats what i figured, but the place where I got my inspection at said they don't do just brake pads. They do the whole disk brake due to liability. So I'm just going to do the job myself, just need those answers so I could get the parts.
thanks for the info.
