Default Is there any difference in the radiator for an automatic VS standard integra ?

My rad is gone, now, I have a deal on a rad but it's from a standard car, mY car is automatic (94) and was wondering if it's the same rad. Caus some time, people says there is two different part number, one for manual and the other for automatic.

Thanks

Well, automatic radiators have built in transmission coolers, manual one do not have a transmission coolers on the side.......

But other than that they should be the same..... But you could still use the automatic radiator on a manual........ That's what I'm using.......

So what about the reverse situation... using a Manual trans. radiator on a automatic car ?

Thanks

Well... You can't use a manual transmission radiator on an automatic car because there is nothing for the tranny lines to run into unless you have an external tranny cooler hooked up somewhere else for you automatic transmission.

true.

The other factor to consider when purchasing a radiator is they have ones with dual cooling fins with two rows versus the single which is what the stock version is.

I eventually opted to go OEM. I had a great deal through radiators.com but it came damaged. I had to pay for storage for my car in the garage and the whole radiator replacement process was much longer than it needed it to be. I ended up paying $30 for oem but i havent had a problem since.

i suggest oem if you go this route. btw, i have a 5 speed and had the same questions you had so i wanted to contribute here to pitch in.

Best.
