bad idle whats my problem?
I have a 1995 civic ex when I start the car it goes up to 2k rpms and then it goes down to 1k and it goes up and down whenever i come to a stop. I have a big hole in my exhaust is this the problem? I have a thermal exhaust on its way do you think that will fix it? thanks for the help
