ok so which cat would fit perfectly with JDM 4-1 headers and an apexi N1 cat back b-pipe in an EK/EM? is there one that will bolt up without modifying the header side? or the b-pipe side?

Usually you buy the cat with no flanges and have an exhaust shop weld on the correct flanges for your application. There may be some companies that make direct replacements, but I know the case with most is a "universal" cat that you have to add flanges to for a correct fit.
