DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YS1 <>A1 TRANNY FOR A 2 G TEG
i have a 1991 rs 3dr hatch it has an A1 transmission but every one i talk to keps tellin me its supposed to be a ys1 so any info would be appreaciated !
ys1 is a gsr tranny. are u sure its a A1 tranny and not a S1. either way it really doesnt matter cause they both are almost identical gearing

1989-1991
USDM Integra RS/LS/GS- A1/S1
JDM Civic/CRX SiR- Y1
JDM Integra RSi/XSi- S1/J1
All these transmissions use a 25mm input shaft and require the use of a 1990-91 Integra clutch disk.
1992-2001
92-93 USDM Integra RS/LS/LS-S/GS- YS1
92-93 USDM Integra GSR- YS1
92-93 JDM Integra RSi/XSi -YS1
All JDM/USDM Hydrolic B-series Transmissions.
These all use a 26mm input shaft and require the use of a 1992-01 Civc/Integra Clutch Disk.
All pressure plates and flywheels are interchangable between all B-series engines and transmissions.
