Default OBD2 Injectors

I'm in the process of collecting stuff for my swap. I'm throwing in an OBD1 b16a2 into my 97 hatch. I am going to keep the motor OBD1 and convert the car with a harness. I was planning on rewiring the distributor but not the injectors. My question is are all b series injectors from the 94-00 going to fit my 97 cx hatches OBD2 wiring harness? Is there a difference in size in fitment between and integras injectors and the civic si injectors?

I was also wondering if I would need to rewire the alternator, I can find this out myself by going outside, but its late and I'm lazy.

well its a second generation b16 from a eg in joepan. Since its an OBD1 engine with OBD1 injectors they have different plugs when compared to my OBD2 civic cx wireharness. Some people might tell me to just splice them in but for injectors i think itll look cleaner to have OBD2 injectors. You know keep the splicing to a minimun....
