sohc superchrager question

how fast can one go built for supercharger and all bolt on in 96 hatch also
is z6 better for super than y8 or
is it worth me going supercharger sohc built or go all motor gsr built

A guy up the road got a supercharged sohc and its slow, I say get a gsr engine or at least turbo the sohc not supercharge
