This might sound stupid but can i get the NGK plugs for my car at any parts store or from a magazine? If I can get them from a parts store do i have to ask for them by name or what?

 

advance auto has them around here. the auto zone's here dont have them.

just go to the counter say u need spark plugs for, blah blah car, and say u want ngk's.

 

Auto Zone, Napa, hell pretty much any normal parts store carries 'em. Oh wait, that's what jcstites just said too. lol

 

you can get them @ pep boys and auto zone they're cheap there.i dunno if they have either where you live but if they do your better of there than a car magazine.

 

Picked up my NGK V-Power plugs from my local Advance Auto Parts.

 

checker / kragens(sp) has them as well

 

autozone doesn't carry ngk. i have tried to get them from autzones in 3 differnt states. i guess the chain doen't have a contract or whatever with ngk.

 

If differs where you live. Where I used to live (way up north in Nor Cali), none of the Autozones, Pepboys, or Kragens had NGK plugs and the only ones that they could get would be to special order the "platinum" series plugs at $7-$9 each . Now that I'm in So Cal (much better too ), I can go into just about any Pepboys or Kragen (haven't seen them at Autozone yet) and pick up the regular NGK V or R spec plugs for around $1.60 each .
