Default b18b head question?

well, here's the skinny. i have a b18a block and i'm looking for a head. found some guy selling a supposed b18b head and i'm just wondering if i'd have any problems running with this head verses a b18a head. he said it would fit but he also had said it had some "minor" differences. yes..yes probably a stupid question but i'm just being cautious. thnx for any help guys/gals

You will do just fine with this head. Two of my buddies have these heads, and one is ready to put his on soon. Just make sure you get new cams, and get the head port and polished...and valve springs of coarse to handle the cams...
My buddy took me for a ride in his ls with a done head and man it is quick! Like my gsr with bolt ons and itr cams...couldn't believe it. Be sure to see if you can get your intake manifold ported also...

The only differences if i am correct is that the B18b head as alittle better port job and difference cams then the B18a head...... i might be wrong though.

thanks for the reply guys. i didn't think that the difference would be much and let alone for the bad. just wanted to make sure that it would fit without any problems etc.
