1989 Civic LX sedan MT. Engine will turn but won't start. It's not getting fuel. When air is blown into fuel pipe (that connects to TB deal) some fuel will come out. Checking the fuel pump tomorrow but just wanted to see what anyone on here had to say about it.

if you can hear the main relay clicking, then you should be able to hear the fuel pump priming (whirring noise) for 2 seconds while the CEL is on at start.
pull your backseat and listen closely when you turn the key to start. as soon as the main relay CLICKS, the fuel pump will start priming (assuming the pump is ok).
