Default Car bogs at high speed.

Ok. my civic HX has 170,000 miles on it. Ive had the timing belt replaced around 115,000miles. Ive also done a tune up not to long ago (3-4months), and a new air filter.
The problem i have is that when im driving down a highway between 50-80mph my car will bog down for a second then just pick right back up to speed. this doesn't happen everyday, but happens more then i like. Im thinking i have dirty fuel injectors but not sure. anyone else have or had this problem w/ high milage civics.
thanks
Al

Fuel filter, plugs, injectors, an old *** motor? Pull the plugs and see how they're burning, that could tell you alot.

i've replaced the fuel filter about 3 weeks ago and still has this bogging problem. i've replaced the plugs about 3-4months ago (during tune up), but i'll pull them to see what they look like.
