Default Dyno Plot - '00 PY (I/H/E) vs. '01 FBP (foam filter)

'00 PY ITR [blue line]
.Mods: AEM CAI, Spoon axle-back exhaust, '98-spec JDM ITR 4-1 Header w/ test pipe
.Mileage was somewhere below 10k

'01 FBP ITR [red line]
.Mods: Spoon foam filter [box lid sealed]
.Mileage was around 16k I think

I don't know why the FBP was only revved to 8000rpm, but it doesn't really matter.

SAE corrected.curve smoothing = 1

Same thing as above with mine added in.

'00 PY ITR [green line]
'01 FBP ITR [red line] - used a slightly different curve from the same day, just without the weird whp spike that gave it 2whp over this curve
'95 GS-R [blue line] - CTR cams, JDM ITR pistons, comptech foam filter (box lid sealed), DC Sports JDM 4-1 header, Carsound 94066, ITR b-pipe, generic twin-loop exhaust; still using P72 intake manifold and throttle body

Get a Skunk manifold and bigger TB, and watch your blue line go straight over and above the ITR in the top-end, you got alot of midrange on those ITR's though...

you might want to consider getting a real exhaust with a test pipe, and a better header and more tuning. My gsr made more hp then yours did w/ just i/e/h, cam gears, hondata and a skunk manifold.

Most of that stuff is waiting to go on along with bigger injectors. I'm really leaning out b/w 6000 and 7000 rpm, and the VAFC & FPR are already as maxxed out as I'd care to push them.

I'll spend just one more dyno session to fine tune a base map w/ the bigger injectors, test a few intakes (AEM CAI, RS Aki, and Comptech Icebox), and make a back-to-back run w/ and w/o the muffler to see how much it's restricting the engine. I think the stock airbox will be more of a restriction than the exhaust tho. I really hate loud exhausts, so I'd like to keep the twin-loop if at all possible.

Then I'll completely tear the engine down again to fix a few machining oversights.

After that, the engine will come back with slightly more compression and a small overbore.

That, test pipe, and JDM ITR header.

A little late for that. He already sold the car awhile ago shortly after moving to Miami.

I never got a chance to take an ID measurement. I can only tell you that it's bigger than the stock GS-R piping. I'll do it when I dyno it w/o the muffler section.
