Richmond ITR Sighting

Saw someone new has a PY ITR. Saw you twice, once on the paraham bridge, and once one huguenot. Anyone here?

I have no idea, haven't seen them. You register for VIR in August yet John

Its a new guy I haven't seen before. I wonder if he got Johns old ITR with the cams in it from the subaru dealer?

I have moved to the southsiiiiiide, so it could been me. But, jond, I think I know of the mystery R you've spotted because I think I saw him crossing the same bridges and didn't recognize him.

xjohnx's car can be identified by the (kosei?) wheels that were still on it, but i don't know if that was him on the road the other day. xjohnx has seen his R in a parking lot somewhere and left a note for the guy to get in touch w/ him.

lemme know what you find out...
