96 accord LX back brake disc conversion

Does anybody know the exact parts needed to do a back brake disc conversion, and if in place of the stock front and back discs, what should type of discs should i put?

why not just get the rear spindles with the calipers and discs already attached... muche easier that way............

pretty much might need a few odds and ends but that should just about cover it.......

are you sure i need the spindles? aren't they only for the front?
