Is there a huge different from a 60mm exaust to a 63.5mm exaust? I'm going turbo and wanted to do a custom setup but am starting to change my mind. But I can't find anyone that makes an exaust for a del sol that's 2.5"piping(63.5mm)

 

you can't just go to a muffler shop and find someone to make 2.5" piping for it? Or go to summit racing and buy some mandrel bent piping.

 

I can but it will probably cost me the same to just buy a premade kit. I figure going to the exaust shop I'd buy a magnaflow oval, resonator and cat and let them make the piping. Without the piping thats already a good 200 dollars and i figure they'll change me another 200 for a full stainless maybe more.

 

why only 2.5 inch piping. I thought 3" was the best for boost. We can make you the exhaust, PM me if you are interested.

 

don't get a cat. You got boost so you don't want that restriction.

 

ok so then ill have to get a test pipe bah! and 3" is good for high boost im only gonna run 8 daily and 10 at the track.

 

well you could just get a highflow cat, but i'd still go with a test pipe. Test pipe is always gonna make a little better power than a highflow cat.
